She has held executive positions in human resources, diversity, marketing, communications, operations, business development, corporate relations and community outreach.

Her executive experience comes from employment with McDonald\'s Corporation, Gannett Co., USA TODAY, City of Phoenix, National Council of La Raza and developing non-profit organizations.

Jess Diaz

With over 34 years of engineering experience in the high technology field, Jess Diaz is committed to the productivity of people and systems that produce results. Jess has held several executive positions during his tenure with Motorola, which included, new product development, production operations, business development, marketing communications, sales training and strategic marketing.

Jess is experienced in working with the non-profit world through service on non-profit governing boards and assisting in developing new organizations. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and served in the U.S. Air Force.
